In Level I we are very focused on BALANCE as a whole, not just in terms of coordination, but also proper muscular growth and development. All of our programs are designed to include the 4 primary types of exercise:

1. Resistance or strength training for the muscular and skeletal systems
2. Cardiovascular training for the heart vascular and respiratory systems
3. Flexibility or stretching for the muscles connective tissues and joints
4. Mind Body exercises for mental clarity, focus and stress relief

ADC - Level I Session Dates PDF Print E-mail

Our spring session will run from the 2nd of February thru to the 29th of April, Monday and Wednesday nights from 7-8:30 pm. Our program costs 240.00 + GST for all 24 sessions. Each program also includes pre and post program evaluations allowing us to evaluate participant improvement and if they are physically able to move on to our Level II Program.
